On the Green

Memorial Day Observance Monday

The Township's Memorial Day observance will be held Monday at 10 a.m. on the Green, with the Regional High band, a reading of the names from the Green's memorial stone, and a moment of silence when the tower clock strikes the half hour.

Township Offices and the transfer station are closed Monday.

Tues., 8:21 p.m. Vehicle lockout, General Store lot. Assisted.

Tues., 9:07 p.m. Found property, a wallet, the Diner. Returned to owner.

Wed., 9:52 a.m. Tree limb in roadway, the county road. Removed with assistance of road crew.

Thurs. Routine patrol. Nothing to report.

Fri., 6:37 a.m. Report of a cow in a garden, the hill road. Cow returned to pasture.

Fri., 6:34 p.m. Motorist assisted to the county line.

Sat., 6:54 a.m. Disabled vehicle, Travel Port entrance. Towed by the Travel Port wrecker.
