The Meeting House's Saturday supper season opens this week with baked beans and brown bread in the vestry at 5:30 p.m. and runs every Saturday through the Harvest Supper in November.
Pies are welcome; please bring them by four.

Open burning of brush and leaves is permitted from October 1 through November 30 by permit only, between 9:00 a.m. and 4:00 p.m., on days when the Fire Department has not suspended burning.
Permits are issued in person at the Fire Department during office hours. Fires must be attended at all times and fully out by 4:00 p.m.
