Leaf Collection Set for the Weeks of Oct. 26 and Nov. 9

The road crew will collect leaves at the curb in the weeks of Oct. 26 and Nov. 9, Foreman Gus Bertrand reports: north of the river on Mondays and south of the river on Wednesdays. Bags or loose piles are taken; brush is not.

Brush goes to the transfer station, which accepts it through Nov. 30.

Mon., 4:06 p.m. Dog loose on Main Street. Dog went home on its own.

Tues. Routine patrol. Nothing to report.

Wed., 12:52 p.m. Motorist assisted to the county line.

Wed., 6:48 p.m. Sheep on the county road. Owner notified. Animals returned.

Thurs., 8:11 p.m. Found property, a set of keys, Main Street. Held at the office.

Fri., 3:11 p.m. Road sign knocked down, the county road. Roads & Grounds notified.

Sat. Routine patrol. Nothing to report.
