Thanksgiving Baskets Packed at the Meeting House
By Maggie Thorne
Volunteers packed sixty-two Thanksgiving baskets in the Meeting House vestry on Saturday morning, with turkeys from the farms on the county road, squash and potatoes from the farm stand and pies from the kitchen committee's freezer.
The baskets go out Tuesday. Anyone who knows of a household that would welcome one is asked to leave word at the vestry.
